Tsinandali is a dry white wine of protected designation of
origin (PDO), made from selected grapes harvested in our
vineyards in the Tsinandali micro zone. Before processing,
the temperature of the highest quality grapes is dropped to 12°C. The grapes are crushed and pressed using the pneumatic presses equipped with a central membrane. The wine is processed cold maceration. Wine is aged by the method of Bâtonnage.
Wine is pale straw color.
