Manavi is a dry white wine of protected designation of origin

(PDO),  made from the hand-selected Kakhuri Mtsvane grape

variety grown in Manavi micro zone. Before processing,

the temperature of the highest quality grapes is dropped down to 12°C. The grapes are crushed and pressed using the pneumatic presses equipped with a central membrane. The wine is processed by cold maceration.

Wine color ranges from pale straw to straw green.
