Mukuzani micro zone is known to grow the most premium
and distinct Saperavi grapes. Extremely harmonious and well
balanced wine is made from Saperavi hand-picked from
vineyards located in Mukuzani micro zone. Before processing, the temperature of the highest quality grapes is dropped to 20°C. The wine is stored in French oak barrels Tonnellerie de Jarnac for 5-6 months.
Wine is deep garnet color.
